"Installation was easy (after I found out that I do not need the MMX adaptor for my Magura shiftmix) and the remote feels great! Controlling the post it's super intuitive and the grip is great, even when using gloves. Would recommend to everyone!"
Excellent from product to service! 2 ideas how to improve
"Installation, Service and quality are excellent. Some minor points to consider (out of customer perspective): - I usually watch YouTube videos on how to install parts on my bikes. I couldn’t find an official installation video from OneUp, so I was watching videos from other creators. However that worked fine for me. - I ordered a matchmaker adapter for the lever as I researched that could work with my SRAM brakes - but it didn’t. The support was excellent and I got the standalone clamp which I now use. However description on the compatibility of the different options would probably be beneficial (to both customers and business :)"
