Change, Edit or Cancel my order?
We try and ship your OneUp order out as fast as possible.  If you made a mistake, reply to your order confirmation email adding URGENT to the subject line along with your change instructions and we might be able to catch it.

If your order has already shipped you will need to Return the product to us once you receive it.
If you need different product to the one you have ordered, we suggest placing another order while we process your return. We do not have an Exchange process.
We cannot edit your invoice to display an order value less than we have charged you, to reduce your import duty bill.

To return a OneUp Components product that you purchased from our website, please email us for a RMA request. All returns MUST have a valid RMA number.
Returns are valid for up 30 days after you receive your OneUp product. Returns must be unused and undamaged in original packaging. If it doesn't still look brand new, we can't sell it as new!

We're really sorry you're having problems with your OneUp Components product. We want to do everything we can to get you out riding again as quickly as possible. All OneUp products have a 1 year warranty valid for the original owner. The Dropper Post has a 2 year warranty. Normal wear from riding is not covered under warranty.
